LA FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL Y LA DEMANDA LABORAL: El caso de los relacionadores industriales en Lima

Astract

Professional Competence Concept is distinguishing the orientation of resourcefulness and course of the strategic changes that in the last decade has revolutionized the enterprises.

In Peru there is not a professional competence system which would be concerned about actual social changes influence in the labour requirement. This is because of evaluation investigation is not performed. By means the present investigation a perfil of the more requirement professional competence in the Peruvian labour escenary will be determined.

To this one an analytic and explaining design, and a procedure of auto report to a sample of general managers will be used. A Likert type preferences scale will be built, in order to determine the more requirement professional competences of the industrial relationiers in the labour scenary of Lima.

To this, a hundred three managers of the enterprises which belong to N° 14371 Law will be interviewed. In the principal results, it's expected to obtain solid evidences and reliability of the measure instrument; and that the more required professional competence of the industrial relationiers are those connected with leadership, frustration tolerance and job team.

It is expected that this results would give an important support to the establishment of a formative curriculum based on the professional competence within a required scenary and not disconnected of it.
