RESUMEN.

Mediante un cuestionario estructurado se encuestó a 140 profesionales residentes en Lima, con el propósito de determinar sus actitudes y el nivel de conocimientos hacia el pago del impuesto a la renta, así como identificar y describir los perfiles típicos de los evasores de impuestos de cuarta categoría. Se encontró que el 47,1% evade impuestos. De los que no evaden, el 12,9% ha intentado evadir en alguna oportunidad; 44,3% conoce personas que evaden impuestos.
